What services do you provide?
We cover six areas: conference planning and production, delegate services and travel, venue and hotel sourcing, exhibition stand design and build, event production, and incentive travel. Engage us for a single service or the whole programme.
Which cities in Yunnan do you cover?
Kunming is our base, and we work across all 16 prefectures. The destinations we handle most often are Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Xishuangbanna, Shangri-La and Tengchong, plus Pu'er, Baoshan and Honghe.
How far in advance should we start planning?
One to three months is typical. For 500+ delegates, or events requiring a custom stand, allow three to six months to secure the venue, room blocks and build schedule.
Can we book only a stand build, or only delegate services?
Yes. We take single-scope commissions as well as full programmes covering planning, delegate care, stand construction and incentive travel.
How is pricing structured, and how fast is a proposal?
Costs are itemised by venue, accommodation, F&B, build and transport. We normally give first recommendations within 24 hours, and two or three options with itemised pricing within two to three working days.
What local resources do you have in Kunming?
